Hey Arnold, Catdog, Rocko's Modern Life, Fairly Odd Parents(Before Poof), Ahhh! Real Monsters, Invader Slim, and Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Were all great shows.

Edit: Johnny Bravo How could I forget you? There is still one more that is on the tip of my tongue. It is a Cartoon Network show 

Is it Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Laboratory, Cow and Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog? These are all shows I used to watch all the time.

I was thinking Ed, Edd n Eddy, but I loved all those other shows. How could I forget them all?
