Well, any hotmail email address with work as well.
Check the manufacturers date on the back of the 360. That'll tell you if the warranty has expired. |

havn't there been cases of microsoft fixing RROD 360's for free, even if they're not under warranty?
i'd give MS a call and see what they can do. no harm in asking, right?

Ouch. That's only 45 days away.
For 45 days I'd try it anyway, and threaten them with a class action law suit.

Gamestop pays a pretty good bit for the HDD, too. It depends on the size, though. I got $35 for a 20GB HDD and $30 for a broken console, back in February.
IF YOU CAN'T GET THE WARRANTY OUT OF IT, TRY THIS.
if you rap the xbox in tin foal and a towel, for some reason it works, maybe not all the time but has worked more often then not. Try just tin foal first and then the towel if the tin foal does not work...
GOOD LUCK BUDDY!!
Ha how lucky is that? fix it up, even if you have to pay, then if you sell it or keep it, you've still gained
