Though he assumes that the Xbox sales would almost not drop off at all month to month pricecut wise... which seems untrue.
The average 360 owner has bought about twice as many games as the Wii owner. The 360 has been out about twice as long... so that should be a no brainer.
Honestly i don't think he did anymore analysis then anyone on these message boards does except he added in a couple charts.

That first table confirms something i just read by The Source that he has written in the weekly americas sales news item.....each new quarter they seem to sell most in the first month with a decline until the next quarter......It must be because they are meeting shipment (retail) targets (and what gets shipped gets sold with the Wii)
obviously this won't continue in the last calender quarter because there is no way Nintendo will sell more in October than in November, or more in November than December.
