So you're comparing a game that got 79% on metacrtic to a game that got 53 on metacritic? lol

Just cause you say Kameo is bad doesn't make it so. If 79 is bad game then I guess Wii Sports at 76 must be awful.

Only even remotely relevant if metaranking is trusted as a source of game quality, which you offer no reasoning for.

So basically, you are a better judge than  all the reviewers and everyone who liked Kameo combined.

For the first part, absolutely. I have no faith in the reviewers of this industry. The scandals, dubious business practices, and inability to properly rate a hand held are just some of the reasons I disqualify them as relevant. The latter is open for debate. Since you have given no reason other than other people liked the game then I would say yes for you. I think the game was terrible because of what I played, not what a reviewer said.

Of course, Banjo-Kazooie developer Rare, which Microsoft purchased in 2002, is also at work on Project Natal software. However, according to CVG, the studio's Natal development has apparently come at the expense of a sequel to the Xbox 360 launch title Kameo: Elements of Power.

Once again, I'm reminded that motion control is hurting games (in my opinion).

If the default controls next generation for all consoles are motion (I doubt it) then it's time to move to PC gaming :P

And once you go PC, the only way you'll come back to a console is if it has motion controls.  I'm not trying to be an ass, but after playing PC games for decades there's no way I would move to a console without decent FPS controls (plus, some of the motion based games are a nice change of pace).

I thought Kameo was one of the worst games I played this gen. I bought it for $7.50 after buying my 360 and I still felt ripped off. So good news!

Why? Could u elaborate?

Same with u Gnizmo.

Into a full and comprehensive list of complaints? Not really at this point. It has been like 3 years since I played the game. I remember despising the controls, and the level design. I remember absolutely nothing redeeming. Honestly, the fact that it was held as one of the reasons to get a 360 by people I knew put me off the system for a very long time.

I hated the controls, thought it was extremely generic, felt like it was designed by an average shovelware team, and didn't see anything interesting or compelling in the game. At least from what I remember. Like Gnizmo it's been a while since I played it, but I definitely don't want to try it again. Ever. It was just an all around horrible experience for me.

Ok why is your opinion more valid than mine?
