I'm assuming by success you mean mean Natal will sell consoles. I think it depends some on the software but alot on the advertising. The casual gamer, or non-gamer needs to be convinced to want Natal. Natal is going to be going after the same market as the Wii but it will be advertised as more powerful and the future. I think it will sell but who knows how much. As far as being successful with existing 360 owners it will depend completely on the software. We will see which market Microsoft will be pushing for more when the advertisements start and the game announced for it.

MS needs to strike while the iron is hot. Showing Natal so far ahead of its release is giving time for anticipation to build, settle, and die down. Plus, the competition is able to see what they're doing.

There's a reason Nintendo kept the N64 controller and Wii-Remote secrets until it was almost time for the hardware to release. Still, I'm a guy on in his underwear, surfing the interweb using a Wii. They're a multi-billion dollar company. I guess they know what they're doing. They've done okay, so far.

Bundle it with a 360 elite price cut for 200 bucks and I'll consider dropping my Sony bias.

Natal needs 3 things:

1. A Wii fit/sports combi-clone
2. Halo Reach/Halo Wars 2
3. Boobs
