Infinity Ward is a subsidiary of Activision, and they love it. Of course, they are in the "thanks" section of the credits, so I suppose they did some work on it.

UC2 is by far the highest quality exclusive game this gen so far .

and to think, god of war, gt5, last guardian are still to come

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
