We haven't really heard anything from Devil May Cry 5, but Bayonetta is from makers of Devil May Cry, and it seems to be great game (famitsu scored 40/40). I did play demo and it was pretty good..

But I really don't like character,she is just female Dante!Why would they waste one of best characters ever made in gaming?Sex won't sell on gaming as most think (Halo vs X-blades for example).

I think, after Bayonetta, there will be Bayonetta 2 and they will end Devil May Cry series...Or maybe make spinnoff like Lucifers call, and mix Bayonetta+Devil May Cry storys/gameplay.

I really hope they bring Devil May Cry series back after dissapointing Devil may cry 4.

I love the DMC series and i hope Bayonetta will deliver the same experience or more. If Nathan Drake can be the new Tomb Raider maybe it could be the same for this lol jk Dante is too cool to be replaced.

definitly no...BUT!!...CAPCOM is really gonna have to step the DMC series up if they even hope to compete with Bayonetta.it seems platinum has accomplished what they set out to do. DMC4 was just a DMC3 in a new area with a new charecter that looked almost exactly like the Dante...they didnt even have the balls to change the character..if you eant a new character make one.

DMC3 did so many things right. I just don't know where Capcom went wrong.....Bayonetta is awesome

X-Blades's character wasn't hot, at all, she was quite ugly as a matter of fact.

If you've played the demo you'd notice she doesn't fight like Dante AT ALL.

Stop calling her a female Dante... they're EXTREMELY Different...

On-Topic: The lead designer is the same but that's all. One's a SEGA game, the other's a Capcom game. Two completely different companies...

Lots of games like this around these days. Ninja Gaiden, God of War, Dantes infenro, Bayonetta...hell, even Brutal Legend.

DMC can take a break... I just hope never to see a sandbox version of DMC in the future.

The problem with DMC4 was that it was half a game, and it was very repetitive. Hell, you fight the same three bosses 3 times in the same location. Anyways, Nero sucks compared to Dante. Dante has more weapons and skills.

The Bayonetta demo was awesome. I want to import it, but there are rumors about a limited edition Bayonetta for NA.
