The only reason why Russia "surrendered" in WWl was because of intern struggles. It was a mistake of Germany to fight Russia at the same time as France in WWl.

Their has not been a apology from Japan for what happened in Nanjing/Nanking.

Well, why should Japan apologize? Did the Jews ever apologized for killing Jesus? Jesus was a real person in history even though the apostle Paul made a lot of things up about him(Jesus did not start Christianity, nor did the apostles that wrote the new testament lived in his time). Pretty much everything is not true about Jesus except the fact that he was born, against the Romans/Jews and that he was crucified.

It would be a lame excuse if Germany wouldn't have apologized for the Holocaust because the Jews didn't apologize for killing Jesus. Someone has got to do it first.
