Saying it is pointless when you don't know what "holiday months" mean. October is NOT a holiday month.

OK then, "holiday months" then. Lets wait for November NPD then. Its odd that September Nintendo sell 467,000 Wiis without a price cut though. unless people bought 200,000 Wiis in a week alone. i think thats got to to do with WSR and not the price cut. I think Nintendo will be disappointed that the wiis sells 400,000-500,000 whether with a pricecut or without
And Nintendo will deeply disappointed if the Wiis sells only between 600,000-800,000 during the holiday months. And downward slope after that(between the month of Jan-Feb) to only 300,000 a month.
I wonder if Nintendo will announced another pricecut soon after the holidays?
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
