Assuming typical development cycle and if this would be starting title then it would still mean 2011-2012 which is reasonable.

If you read the actual job listing, you find this:

Our last two titles were Wii-based, but our next titles will be for the next generation.

PS3 was sleeping for the past 3 years? Don't think so, GOW3,GT5,FFXIII will hit and that should be it everything else will just be adding to it such as more sequels upon sequels. Don't get me wrong , I love great sequels but let's not drag this gen on with boat loads.

 

Just so much milking Nintendo, MS and Sony can do in one Gen, I'm ready to see the new specs for the new hardwares.
