The gamecube controller won't work for SNES games? I was going to get the gamecube controller instead of the classic controller so I could... you know... play Gamecube games.Â

Indeed. Super Mario World was a pain to play with the button layout of the GC controller. I'm still too cheap to buy the classic one though >.>
