Lol, I live in Los Angeles. But going to Lebanon to visit family and this was in an online Lebanese paper so I thought I'd post about it.

Not all Muslim countries stone people. Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon (half muslim) and Malaysia are examples of countries where this kind of verdict would not occur.

You can probably have sex on the street in Turkey and not get major punishment. That is an almost exclusively Muslim country. The problem is not the religion it's the Saudi government and other funadamentalists.
