First people thought that it was for playing on illegal copies of games but the official message from Microsoft says it was caused by using third party tools for increasing gs.

I don't get why anyone would do that.  How can you feel good about yourself when you know that a lot of your gamerscore is illigit.

I know I would never feel satisfaction for cheating to get gamerscore.

its been said before @Mayor Nelson's and everywhere on the net also from Inside Xbox, whoever is being caught tinkering or hacking their gamescore, it will be deleted and start from scratch, so why act surprised.

I can't stand seeing anyone play my profile because I'm afraid they'll get an achievement and taint my Gs. No way I'd cheat. I gotta earn my own!

wow, it would take me almost 40 years to get to 250k GS at my current rate.

I wonder how many others there are with incredibly high scores who abused the system to get them.

I know Microsoft doesn't do this unless they have strong evidence...

I'm sure they wouldn't take doing this to a 250K gamer lightly. They know it would be plastered on the Internet.
