| rafichamp said: @Vashyo, actually even Sony vaios are priced more then mac's now, find me a laptop that costs less then $1199 and is better then the macbook pro. Back to point, just got Windows 7 and it is really good, the new aero theme is beautiful, if you have Vista then obviously upgrade to windows 7, if you have XP, wait until you purchase a new pc or laptop to get the most out of windows 7. |
ummm, it's a sony laptop ofcourse it's more expensive, everything is expensive when it's sony. :P
I wasn't really talking about laptops since you can't really upgrade them. I built my own pc for gaming you know.
Whilst I own and mac and sometimes find the ads amusing they really are juvenile.
Taking pot shots at Vista was fair game (even though I thought it got a far worse wrap than it deserved)
Given how great the reviews have been of Windows 7, they're grasping at straws now
Never argue with idiots
They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience
And of course, here's what Apple does when they don't like what Microsoft says about them: http://arstechnica.com/microsoft/news/2009/07/apple-demanded-microsoft-to-stop-its-laptop-hunters-ads.ars
ololololololol
I think the point of these ads are for people to actually look at Macs as a competitor to the PC.
As a PC seller, Apple only has 3-5% market share. These ads make it appear as if Apple is far, far larger than what they truly are. So instead of macs appearing as a niche, they appear as a serious competitor.
HAHAHA apple must really be nervous. They cant even really find anything negative to say about windows 7. They just cant seem to get over the fact that vista is gone and theyre going to have alot more trouble in the future.
Windows 7 is the future now BELIEVE!
Long Live SHIO!
I've been rather bored with these ads nowadays. Anyway, back to checking out Windows 7! :P
