The Nintendo DS version of Modern Warfare Mobilized is not so popular if you look the web-medias...

Why ? Probably cause the DS is not a "coregamer" system.

BUT, I play this version on The Gamescom (Cologne) and I was really surprised by.

Graphics was good but sounds was VERY good for this system...

Gameplay was a little hard, first five minutes but looks good and instinctive.

In more, it will be possible to play online mode with 6 players same time.

Perhaps the better FPS fod the DS owners...

Why bother with DS if you can play this on Pc/X360/Ps3/Wii ?

Of course...but a lot of people have just the nintendo DS...

In more, Modern Warfare DS will propose an exlusive history and special modes.

Agreed.  It's by far best as a PC game.  However, some people still play it on consoles for various reasons.  As for a portable version, some people like that and DS fills that niche.
