Uncharted 2 sold 420k in NA week one. The original has only sold 1.06 million in the region. Nearly half of Uncharted's install base liked the game enough to buy the sequel day one. 0_o

I hope that fact combined with better word of mouth than the first and a nice marketing campaign will propel the sequel to much higher success than its predecessor.

The reason that it sold less Europe was because it was released on a Friday. So it only had two days worth of sells whereas in America it had five days

Just fyi, I'm one of those American PS3 owners, and my PS3 is miles away from me. See, I'm in college, and it's at my parent's home. So, there really isn't any point in me getting it just now, since I can't really play it until I go home for winter break. Not to mention, I'm a poor college student.

So just have patience. U2 will sell just fine.

i agree 100% with you. Like wtf ps3 came out with many great games this year like Killzone 2 and Infamous and the sales are poor? its very depressing

And i think the reason is because everyone is obsessed with cod4 and 5.
Like yeah there amazing games. But how dont you get bored of them? Like thats all people play on my friends list.
