Hmmm

My government type changed from civil rights lovefest to scandinavian liberal paradise. Which in itself isn't a major issue. My political and civil rights are as always excellent. However my economy isn't doing as well as it use to for some reason.

Looks like I'll be boosting my economy the first change I get.
