Is anyone out there looking at buying Ace of Combat 6 this week? If so, are you going to get the version that comes with the flight stick or the version without? And does anyone know if it is wired or wireless? And if it is wired, is there other options for wireless? On a lesser note... How do you think this one will do for sales? IGN gave it an 8.4 so it has a decent rating to sell (Even though that is just one rating)?

^OK I stand corrected...

i think i will get it, but no flight stick

xbox 360, ps2 are my consoles

end of generation predictions: wii 106 million Xbox 360 59 million PS3 57 million

I *should* get a copy this week but ... we'll see. If Namco doesn't ship me one - waaa - I will buy it. I am seriously considering the flight stick, since you can use it with other games as well on the 360.

really? what other games can the flight stick be used on? What about on PC?

If it is wird, it is wired, and if it was wireless, then there would be no wires. A Wired version would probably not have a wireless option, makes sense huh?

Currently Playing:

PS4 - Killzone:SF and Assasins Creed 4

XBox One: BF4, CoD:Ghosts, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5

Changing channels with my voice: priceless!!!

The IGN article stated something about that. I am going to ask my Namco rep if that's true or not.

Ms. Arne, my contact, *may* get back to me Monday - or not. I know they get very busy around release.

Lemme scour that ign.com article -  here:

For the low, low cost of $149.99, you can purchase Ace Combat 6 with the limited edition flight stick. The controller has all of the same buttons as a regular Xbox 360 controller, so it can be used outside of Ace Combat 6 if you want. But this controller was made for one reason only, and that is to make Ace Combat 6 even cooler. It is the way to play the game. It's worth the extra money, if you have $90 to spare. It's a big investment with so many other games out there this year begging for your money, but after playing with the sticks it's tough to imagine going back to a regular controller.
