As a 360 only owner I do not know the value of my input, but I do have the 3'rd game in the series for my PS2.

Anyway, I remember literally being blown away by the trailers for the PS3 titles, it was like watching Pixar/Dreamworks animations!

But then the gameplay videos surface, which pretty much looks like any other PS2/Wii platformer just with more on screen action. Don't get me wrong, in it self this wouldn't be a bad thing had I not been expecting and craving for the promised Pixar/Dreamworks experience.

Instead of cramming more onto the screen I would have liked less but more detailed graphics and animations plus a camera placed closed so these details could be enjoyed.
In other word, for me to buy the PS3 games in the series, Insomniac should have gone the route of Uncharted 2, making the gameplay feel like it's part of the cutscenes.

Honestly, Mario N64 would be closer to the Pixar/Dreamworks experience had it been treated the same neat cut-scenes.
