I'd recommend Trine or Wipeout depending on which genre you prefer, but these are the most expesive of them. Super Stardust and Flower are other good options too. Bionic Commando Rearmed is also a very good game and a good option if you like old school 2D action games.

you do realize you can make an american psn account even if you're not in America.

I even made a japanese account just so I could play the RE5 demo 6 hours earlier lol

edit: I'd get wipeout hd for sure, or maybe one of the street fighter games...

It's an incredible and unique experience. You take the role of wind in a beautiful but odd world. First area starts you out as a simple wanderer, blowing from place to place without a story. But then that all changes and you embark on a poetic journey.

The motion controls are better than just about every wii game in existence, the music is awesome, the scenery is amazing, and the narrative is told like no other game.
