Guys, according to mafia scum:

Scum variant
In other games, the Psychopath is a type of Serial Killer that can be "cured" (turned into a Townie) by the Psychiatrist.

Thus, barring him being cured, if there is a psychiatrist, the psychopath turns up ANTI-town.

And nwo I go eat. Gumbo. Yum.

Since we're all going on unfounded information here, let me propose something different then :

Let's lynch the only confirmed anti-town person we have: NinjaBlade (by his own admission)

This is the only way we're sure the town gets ahead, we kill a cult member, effectively stopping the threat of the cult taking over and we don't kill yet another innocent townie.
