it looks like you have a generic graphics card driver. reinstall the newest drivers for your card.

find out the make and model of you video card. then go to the manufacturers website and download the software(driver) that will run the card.

example: if you have a nvidia 8800gt, you would go to the nvidia website and download the driver for the 8800gt. once it is downloaded you can install it.

If you don't know which drivers go with your card, it may be worth the money to get a driveragent.com membership.

It may cost a little bit, but way simplifies the driver process and going there regularly helps ensure you have up-to-date drivers.
