Hmm... after thinking hard about things, I think I'm going to have to say P3P. Yes, I know, it's not out yet, but I was trying to decide between P3FES and P4. P3P will fix the big gripe I had about FES, and I have to say that I prefer the storyline of 3 over 4, so yes, my choice is a game not yet out! :P

My favorites are Super Mario RPG, Pokemon Blue, and Golden Sun. I also liked Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance and Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 and 2.

I tend to prefer JRPGs in general and like multiple types. I love Valkyria chronicles and love FFvii as much as you but both are completely different games.
If I must pick one of all of them, I'd have to choose my most completed game i.e Parasite Eve II even though I'm not sure it's a "complete" RPG
