Forums - General - Do people see floridians the same way as texans?

IMO Texans are gunslinging cowboys wearing cowboy boots and a 10 gallon hat riding a horse sucking back a bottle of whiskey.

Floridians are old people who moved there from a colder climate when they hit their sixties.

North Florida is basically the same as Alabama and Georgia.

Central Florida is a diverse land that is in no way redneck.

Florida = old people from what I hear.

I'm a Texan so I might be biased but when I think of Florida I think of Cubans, old people, and criminals (and those don't have to be related).

Florida isn't considered full of hillbillies. It's considered full of old people and stupid criminals.

Fark has it's own "Florida" tag.

Yeah, thanks to Fark I associate Florida with batshit crazies, not rednecks.

People from Florida are old. People from Texas are cowboys. /Thread.

Florida is full of people that like to dress up for money, those kinds aren't welcome in Texas.
