Seriously guys this looks amazing. Set on a huge scale across multiple planets, with ships etc. MMOFPS that looks fantastic. ONLY available for consoles to. Here jut check it ALL out.

Yessir...this video go me back on the Eve hype train. I beta the game for a while, but I left in April 2004 (WOW!), but after seeing the many changes they are making to the game, and talking to some heavy Eve players...I'm dipping back in the water. I'll need to make a decision on what Sci-Fi MMO to play...but Eve looks gtg!

Hrmm. I hadn't thought about this until just now, but does this mean 360 and PS3 owners will be playing with each other? Dust is supposed to tie into EVE in a very big way. I don't know how it could really do that without having a unified world much like EVE uses. Console wars just got that much more serious it seems.

When is this supposed to come out? (And by that I mean when will it get scraped like every other MMO)

MMO seems to suggest a LOT of players together shooting it out.

Hmm, wonder how many people will love this while having said that 256 battles are too much when talking about MAG :p

Title should be "Forget about MAG... and the smaller scale Huxley". Huxley was less players than MAG is.

hmm.. technically very decent, but this game just needs more art

Probably thousands. Possibly tens of thousands depending. CCP is huge on signle shard games. That is, every player is essentially on one sole server. This is how EVE runs (up to around 150-200k players I believe) and it is I expect this game to run.

Release date is sometime next year I believe. Possibly early 2011 though. The noise from the developers has been that they have been working on it for a while.
