I'll agree with Starhawk. Once that is on the cusp of release, I'll have to get another PS3 for it.

Is it really confirmed to be released eventually? Just wonderin since we've seen nothing about it.

Warhawk could use tons of fixes/improvements, but it's really damn fun. The game still has some of the best sound I've heard on a console.

Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt, the day the DS came out in November 2004. Touching was good.

I think it's still nothing more than a patented name. I expect it to be created because I demand more multiplayer goodness, but I suppose it could always remain vaporware.

Twilight Princess. I waited hours out in the cold for a Wii just for that game!

MGS4, I wasn't even following the next gen games or news until my mate called me and said he got mgs4. So I just thought **** it I'm finally gonna get a ps3 too. If it weren't for mgs4 I would have propably bought a slim 1 year later.

I was waiting for the PS3 when I saw Gears of War on a large HD screen and surround sounds.

The next week I bought a GRAW2 Bundle.

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Technically i bought my 360 for Call of Duty 2 as that was really the only good launch title. but mostly my Hype for the 360 when it released was insane. I waited in line for 3 days outside Circuit City to get mine at Midnight! But the first game that blew me away was Gears of War. That game was insane back in 2006 and is still one of my favorite games ever

Long Live SHIO!

Actually, I think the game that brought me into this gen was Wii Sports. When complete non-gamers started talking video games it made me want to get in on the action. Wii Sports was so big in Christmas 2006.

Oblivion, when I went out of the sewers and saw the whole big world where I could go to;....I was like....'Welcome to next gen'.
