I got MGS4 bundle so technically that's the first, but I bought SoulCalibur 4 along with the PS3 so that's really the first game I purchased.

Hmmm Virtua Fighter 5 was the first one I got. Didn't know what to get and I still had to wait a few days for NHL '08, so just picked that up. Can't say I really cared for it.
