If they can get cross game voice chat, is there hope that they can get in-game music? Like, for all games? And all parts of the XMB?

It's about time. If this happens it makes me wonder what the hell I pay microsoft for for xbox live. I mean crass gaming chat is about the only feature 360 live has over psn. A great feature. But if it's free for psn, wtf microsoft make xbox live gold free already. Really, really hope this happens.
It would be really amazing, if the cross-game chat feature was some sort of system based on Skype or something. That would be hot.
the amount of times ive got my hopes up for cross game chat, as its the only feature i belive xbox live has over us. so i really hope this is true, and im not disapointed like usual
