exactly you understand what im saying, when you perform the ultimates its like im watchin the anime again. lol
i know that, it have some good details like those you mentioned, but i just didn´t feel them, don´t get me wrong, it is a demo and by no means i´ve spent enough time with the game, but when i first played BT3, all the special effects amazed me and felt like the anime ( which i grew up with ) and thought it represented it better than other DBZ games, but with raging blast....i don´t know..it felt bland...but i´m more than open to give it another chance..gonna go play it some more and see if i can admire/feel what you guys did.

I disagree about it looking bland. I thought it was great looking, although certainly not Ultimate Ninja Storm level. I also have no problem with the controls, and I feel it's much more cinematic and captures the feel and power of DBZ better. Every blow feels much heavier than in BT3.
I'm still pissed about Ultimate Gohan though.

I played it and thought it was below average. Graphics were also sup-par, at least for me. Didn't really enjoy it. IMO.
I deny the existence of all Dragon Ball stuff outside of the games with only manga characters and story lines, the manga itself, and DBGT, game looks like crap too. I'm a DB purist, hate these new ones.

Well admittedly, the controls for Budokai Tenkaichi 3 were completely akward as well and took a long time to get use to. But I agree, there's no real reason to change them. The controls, once you got use to them, were fluid and you could perform moves instantly. Rather odd that they changed them, unless they had to because of the 360 controller.

I think it's odd to be a DB purist. Of all manga I find it the most difficult to take seriously, considering how ridiculous it was in plot and design. It was just way too silly to take seriously. You could predict every single story arc. "OMG Main Character is dying. Oh wait, new big transformation now he's winning. Oh wait, new enemy transformation now he's losing. Oh wait, new main character transformation enemy dies with spirit bomb/kamehameha."
Don't get me wrong, it's fun to watch the series... but that's it. It's light, fun, and explosive. Hardly deep enough to care about the plot or complain about things going outside of canon. I don't mind disliking GT however, since it was just a genuinely bad show.

What was wrong with GT? I never got a chance to watch that show.
