Why would you see that now like this event has some significance? Even if the game wasn't leaked it would still end up on the net once people purchased it.

nothing to see here move along. Every major 360 game gets leaked but it doesn't seem to affect sales too much.

I downloaded it and been playing since Tuesday so I can play it early until my pre-order arrives (already paid for it - gamestation), left it downloading when I went to bed and was ready when I woke up,

The game is AMAZING, go pre-order if you haven't!

You shouldn't be playing the pirated copies on your 360 before the release date. Look at what happened to all those people who downloaded and played Gears 2 (and I think ODST as well) early. Hold your horses. October 27th is it? That's just 11 days.

Btw I didn't know that they ban your gamertag too (as shown on the screenshot just above) for playing pirated copies. I thought they just banned your console.

LMAO, people that play before the release date WILL be banned just like any other 360 game, wait until release day then your fine, people with flashed 360's only get banned when they are silly and can't wait a week until the game is out, same as the gears 2 bannings last year and the ODST bans a few weeks ago,

I'm playing my downloaded Forza 3, just staying offline until release date when my proper LE pre ordered copy will be here, no issues at all. playing games early before release makes you stand out like a sore thumb, there is no hiding on xbox live if you play online early!
