Without how long this game has been in development and the work they've put behind it, I doubt this game will make money.

That said, the best they can hope for is like they said: it catches on and people like it so that gives them a reason to make more.

Now that being said, I think they are aiming for the complete wrong audience and I'm guessing it will fail pretty miserbly. Random people on forums and people that think they're supposed to think the game is cool will gush over it for a week and then it will never be mentioned seriously again.

Seriously, I don't know why this game is even getting as much attention as it is. I'm in no way saying it's bad or saying people can't like it, I just don't know why people think it's going to be anything more than a pretty Petz game.

Seriously, I don't know why this game is even getting as much attention as it is. I'm in no way saying it's bad or saying people can't like it, I just don't know why people think it's going to be anything more than a pretty Petz game.

Have you played it? It's actual quite fun. It won't last too long, because it's quite short, but fun nonetheless. They geared it towards very young children, although that might not be the smartest thing with a 300€ console.

As far as this site is concerned, I'm the ONLY person that's bothered to support this game in anyway. It hardly gets any attention, just a few people that claim to be interested or want to buy it, then it never get's brought up in any game discussions. There are people that post news on it like darth is doing now, but what game doesn't get that treatment? The games that bearly even get a decent announcement and hardly any media behind it. THat's about.

People are expecting a pet simulator... That's about it.... I don't see anyone expecting anything more... Just pet sim doing some cool things with the Playstation eye. Sounds pretty similar to "A pet sim just doing a few cool things with a touch screen".
