Shopping district near the weapon shop I think. It will pop out after some cutscene.

My sugesstion for Shadow Yukiko fight is for you to fuse a Valkirye with Media, it will help you immensly in the fight. Also if you get to level 18 (I was at 19 when i fought her) you can fuse Jack Frost, which will make the fight a walk in the park.

Valkyrie can be obtained by fusing Slime with Cu Sith and Media will be obtained by leveling up Valkyrie to level 10 or 11 if i'm not mistaken.

Actually it isn't time consuming at all, at least if don't consider leveling up for about a hour straight time consuming.
Given that you're at level 2 Strenght S.L, then you'll get an additional boost to Valkyrie's EXP, almost to put her at level 9, so you'll actually have to level her up one or two levels at most.

Ok, but may I also suggest you to level up a bit more? Shadow Yukiko is a tough cookie even to a level 15 party :P

Level 13? No wonder you died :P. I managed to barely beat her at lvl 14. She gets tough when her HP is low, and I had to use guard on Chie on mostly every turn to avoid giving her another free turn. I recommend having Valkyrie with media like lestatdark suggested.

Another small tip for Persona, never go straight home after school. Even if you already beat a dungeon or there aren't any social links available on that day, do something. Eat at a restuarant or study to build your stats. Also be sure to sell your items you get from enemies in the weapon shop. The game will automatically synthesis those items and create better weapons/armor.

I managed to beat Shadow Yukiko at level 15 or 16. I got a Valkyrie from a shuffle and got that to level 10 and had it learn Media. I've leveled it up more and right now it's my main Persona. It's nice Yukiko's Persona has Media too :)

I joined the drama club but haven't been there a whole lot. I usually just go to soccer or hang out with my party members most of the time. The midterm test was easy after getting some questions wrong in class X_X I know I got a 100% on it...do I get some sort of reward later?

Right now I'm lvl 17 in the bathhouse but haven't really done much. I explored the first floor a little but then saved and turned off. I'll explore it more tomorrow. I like the music when the drums come on :P

lol, playing the game for max stats sucks. Best to avoid it on your first play. Because if you've been doing stuff you "feel" like doing, you've already messed up and need to start over, probably. :P
