Just got it today and about to play it. Looks really good, sad to see some of these Sony trolls who got nothing better to do then knock a game they never played. Oh well nothing new there.

Final Fantasy 13 isn't out yet so we can't really say yet. As for Demon Souls it has WRPG play style so naturally it isn't looked at as a JRPG. Sudeki on Xbox is considered a JRPG style game yet it was made in UK by Climax. IDK about Persona 4 never tried it out ut I will agree with him in regards to Magna carta 2 being one of the better JRPG games this gen thus far however.
How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...
Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

IGN gave MagnaCarta II 6.8. Erik Brudvig reviewed.

I already knew the story was cliche jrpg fare. It doesn't surprise me when I see cookie-cutter stuff like this anymore. I'm more concerned about what he says about the gameplay. He basically says it gets boring after awhile. That's a red flag for me. A lot of jrpgs have been unable to hold my attention/interest these days. The combat sounds very repetitive too. So basically the whole point is to chain over and over again? For 40+ hours, I'd go insane if that was pretty much all there was to it. I know a lot of people hate Erik Brudvig but I don't think his 360 jrpg reviews are unfair (I haven't played The Last Remnant though. He didn't like that). From the scores he's given out on the 360 ones at least, I would say he's pretty fair when it comes to judging jrpgs. Most critics are definitely harsher on the genre than he is.
It's been pretty clear to me that IGN has no people who genuinely enjoy JRPGs on their Xbox team. That review doesn't mean much to me at all.
Erik Brudvig's rating history (of 360 jrpgs): 8.3 Eternal Sonata, 7.9 Blue Dragon, 7.6 Enchanted Arms, 5.3 The Last Remnant. He's probably the most jrpg-friendly guy on their Xbox team. Exception given to his score for The Last Remnant. Lots of people hated it though.

More like IGN doesn't have anyone who likes RPGs anyomore period. The only time an RPG gets a good score on IGN is if they are connected to a major company like Bioware or have the names 'Final' and 'Fantasy' in their title.
But that's pretty much how it is on any review site. The only high reviews go to the top dollar.
More promising...
IGN like a 7. Play Magazine 9, and OXM gave it 7.5.
And with fact that JRPG always seems to get low score (LO 78 metacritc proof enough)
Yeah, it can be better than Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscover, then im pleased.

The DMG specifically that you shouldn't be doing this. Essentially the rules that the DM needs to adhere to prohibit such restrictive actions. It will kill your game.
