The disney that made : HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, ENCHANTED, ANOTHER CINDERALLA STORY, PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN(rare), HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE

or the disney that made:

LION KING, LITTLE MERMAID, BEUTY AND THE BEAST, THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTREDAME?

 

any comparisons would be great, I personally think disney is a load of shit today =D

Well, Pixar hasn't released any movies today, but I'd like to think that Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Wall-E are pretty damn good along with every single other movie they made.

I haven't seen wall e, toy story 3 is coming out, but im sure it will be crap.. and finding nemo was great, DOES NOT COMPARE to lion king, but it was amazing.

I find it odd that "Old Disney" is made up entirely of movies from the 1990s which can hardly be called "Old" for Disney ...

And why the hell should it be?

Have you fallen under the stereotype that all sequels suck?

Pixar is making it and it will be damn good to the final punctuation mark. Toy Story 2 was a sequel as well and it was nowhere near crap.

What's better? The Disney that made *insert random cherrypicked shows and movies here that aren't really that bad, but just don't appeal to teenage boys* or the Disney that made *insert some of the most celebrated movies of all time*.

The modern Disney has produced Toy Story, Wall-E, and dozens of other brilliant movies (in part with Pixar). And with their animation base covered, they decided to work on shows that appeal to kids. Not a big deal.

Frankly, I think it's great that like Nintendo, Disney is a company that produces gem after gem.

It depends. Compared to its time, there's little doubt that the Old Disney is best. I, however, didn't really experience at its peak.

In pure quality, I'd say I prefer the new one. The two most recent Pixar movies exceed pretty much anything the old Disney made, except perhaps Lion King.

For top 3 Disney Movies, I'd actually say "Up", "Wall-E" and "Lion King".
