I've been playing this nonstop as well since the 9th; shame BL comes out in 2 days because I can't see myself being drawn away from this game to play that. I also finally 1000/1000 ToV last week, too (took forever!).

Is this game turn-based?

People have said it is similar to FF12, but i have to say that the combat is somewhat like Infinite Undiscovery where the exploration and combat are seamless. However the combat is a bit deeper then that of Infinite Undiscovery.

I´m agree with this. IU is probably game with the most similar combat style. But MC2 is better in them.

I really like it the overheating sucks a little but it still works well for keeping you on your toes. You unlock coop attacks, build up many new skills and abilities as you level up and none of the characters feel to weak or useless. I am now 30 + hours into Magna Carta 2 and I am still finding new stuff revolved around the battle system and weapon enhancements and so on.

I think you will like this game a lot more. As for what I said above about the game. Another good piece is that the story is full of mystery and surprises. None of the characters are too annoying either. The voice talent is top notch too! Most the voice actors did stuff in Bleach and other big anime along with a ton of other video games. The main characters voice is done by the dude that voices Ichigo and the gal that voces Rukia does the voice of Zephie just to give a few examples.

Gamestop received it early I guess. Mine was preordered also.
