Hell yes, it does! The first game was pretty rough around the edges, but also very fun and quite hilarious at times (the "Air Force One" reference toward the end still cracks me up).

I've been keeping an eye on this game and it looks fantastic.

Yes.

The visuals may look a tad synthetic at some spots, but the overall look is quite impressive for such an open and vast environment.

When I play videogames, my father uses to ask me if I can do this and that (pranks, that is). I'm sure that if I played "Just Cause 2", he would ask me to do that endlessly.
