I may have missed a few, if so, please tell me. Thanks in advance.

The Wii has sold 336 million pieces of software, by VGChartz data.

1. Nintendo - 185.58 million (55.2%)

2. Electronic Arts - 27.39 million (8.1%)

3. Activision - 26.62 million (7.9%)

4. Ubisoft - 19.55 million (5.8%)

5. Sega - 19.35 million (5.75%)

6. THQ - 10.19 million (3.02%)

7. Konami - 7.78 million (2.31%)

8. Lucasarts - 6.68 million (1.95%)

9. Namco Bandai - 6.07 million (1.80%)

10. Capcom - 5.43 million (1.61%)

I thought this would be somewhat interesting, as publishers are widely discussed on this board.

Out of curiosity, how did you collect the data? I'm assuming you used the World Totals page and then selected various publishers. Did you make sure to combine publishers that are really the same, like EA Sports, and Electronic Arts?

Charts > Totals and chose Wii and the publishers. I did also add up EA Sports and Electronic Arts. For some reason, the "Activision Blizzard" stuff is already filed under "Activision". Also, Carnival Games didn't appear under "Take Two Interactive" for some reason, despite the yearly page claiming it would.

EA deserves their position..Sega deserves to be higher..

...Activision deserves to be lower (just lucky that the Wii fanbase love Guitar Hero and EA made such a mess launching Rockband on the Wii). THQ deserves to be lower..the rest have done little worthy of note.

THQ made deBlob, and Deadly Creatures. Out of the 10 Wii games I own that's two of them. And out of the 4 games for Wii that I own that weren't made by Nintendo, that's half of them. THQ is one of the few third parties that's put a couple quality new IP's on the Wii. Yeah, they make a lot of crap too, but give them some credit for doing what a lot of the big 3rd parties have simply not done. Sega is one of the few other big 3rd parties that's given the Wii any love for new IP, and all of these companies have been rewarded with crap sales.

you should also show the number of titles those publishers have released so that we can see how well they tend to sell. maybe even say which is their best selling title and how much it sold.

One thing you missed is that Namco Bandai has more sales on the wii than Capcom so they should be on that list.
