I held a PSP go in my hands today and fiddled with it for a good while. I must say I absolutely loved how it felt and how it looks. It's way sexier than the normal one, the analog stick has a much nicer feedback, the buttons have a "clickier" feeling (even the D-pad ones) and the screen part slides ever so smoothly. Love at first touch, I have to say. The screen is smaller yes (low to no glare in a well lit environment, great visual quality too) and the black bar under it with the PSP logo would be better if it wasn't there, but overall, it doesn't detract from the cool vibe and nice touch the handheld gives off.

Hopefully, I'll get one when it comes down in price a bit. The thought of having all my games with me at all times is a big allure as well. No UMD swapping, no carrying cases around. I'm a big supporter of digital distribution!

All in all, it was a really great experience! :)

That's true, but have you ever held a PSP go in your hands? It just sways you into wanting to play games on it. It does feel like a splendid piece of technology. Albeit an expensive one, for now.

Time will tell if Sony was right in pricing it according to its perceived competition, the iPhone/iTouch and the DSi. Nevertheless, price has already fallen in the UK for example.

no i haven't even seen a psp go yet id like to try dissidia on it out before i get one because thats a fast paced game... but from now on im getting all/most of my games digital and when the psp go goes down in price il get it

I'm expecting them to come out for the Nov. 1st Japanese release of the PSP GO. I hope I'm not wrong...

Its sexy. Unless you are a NBA star, and thus might enjoy a larger device, the PSP Go is just about as aesthetically pleasing as they come.

All the BS some reviewers claimed about the "cramped controls" was just that.. BS. Or they had huge hands. The thumb distance to the stick is pretty much the same, and the natural way to hold it yields easy button pressing, unless you already had club-like hands, IMO.
