Forums - Microsoft - Forza 3 Reviews

Loving that Giantbomb video very informative. He also mentions at the end that the multiplayer was not available yet so could not review. This concerns me a bit with the early reviews clearly not being reflective of the online play.

They had it quite early and made that video a good week or more ago, thats why they haven't done a review yet until they play online and try more features, the other reviews do include multiplayer, ign, cvg and videogames all mention it saying how good it is as it is limitless online.

And yeah, that video is by FAR the best Forza video released so far, 33 minutes of pure Forza 3, all unseen before so isn't boring!

I don't get why there has to be a GT5 vs Forza 3 discussion ALL THE TIME!

Forza 3 will be an awesome racing game for sure. Reviews are awesome, people loved the demo.

So, the Xbox360 / Microsoft has definately 3 major franchises for now and future generations. Forza Motorsport, Fable and Halo are franchises that will continue to get people excited in the years to come.

Can't believe you forgot Gears lol.

Forza in no where near a major fanchise, even fable is not.

And they are nowhere near halo or even gears so lets not get crazy.

Awesome video. LOL that they started talking about the red bull logo that the guy from Gamespot made and showed on one of their videos.

Well...it all about sales, imho. If this doesn't deliver normal AAA like sales on the 360, it's all for naught. Anything less than 600K in week one is sub-par...

Those are high expectations I think.  This will probably a slow burner.

congrats turn10 they have made a stunning game. xbox owners should be very happy with this game. i predict it will continue to gain great reviews.

although its laghable that ign uk say this is better than gran turismo when gran turismo isnt even out yet.

They meant every Gran Turismo game made before now. Not those yet to be made in the future, obviously.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Perhaps, but when you look at what exclusives ussually do on the 360 (Not of the JRPG variety), those numbers are pretty much run of the mill for a Triple AAA title, as this one is turning out to be.

Fable II went over 1 million week one, if that's not a sign of "a big franchise" I'd like to know what is.
