It's really a non-issue. You notice just a few cars greyed out with locks on them (asking if you would like to install the 2nd disc.) Meh. I passed on the install to see what it would be like to have just the first disc of cars and tracks. It's minute at best.
Overall? It's just another way for sad folks to try to keep 360 gamers from enjoying a very good game.
I can't say anymore about the game ATM, but the haters be warned - Arcade owners and other 360 types without hard drives will be able to do some serious racing. Troll all you want about the hee hee - second disk install - but rest assured - the second disc is nice but not necessary to have fun.
My point? THE HARD DRIVE ISN'T NECESSARY to enjoy the depth of Forza 3.
