Ok guys welcome to Forza 3 VGChartz Racing Championship. What I am looking for is 8 drivers consisting of 4 teams for Championship 1 and the same for championship 2. It will be a very realistic racing championship, based on rules I will put together. This is for sim lovers. I will not be driving because I will essentially be monitoring the races. The races will be fairly long and run on Sundays. Practice in your own time is allowed as much as you want. I will also be putting together a website for this with leaderboards etc. More Championships will be added, but believe me when I say this will be realistic people. I'm only looking for people who will take it seriously. I will kick people out who dont want to abide by racing rules etc.

Rules are still being conducted, and will be posted by the 1st Novemeber. First race to take place on November 8th. I will work out a time so both EU and US players can race at respectable times ( not when F1 is on. ;) ).

Team colours will be decided by the teams, both cars have to be identical and all cars have to display numbers clearly.

Can I drive in automatic? That is probably a bad thing for my team, but changing gears on a controller turns my head into shit.

^ thanks bro. Ive been dying to post this. I wanted to wait a bit longer. But I feel now is a good time. I need the driver list in place soon. Also I will post the tracks in the championships and dates once the game is out. As obviously I will play the hell out of it, to make sure I know the game as best I can. :)

Thats not a problem. I thought on this long and hard. In all reality a good driver on the game with manual will likely beat you. So it's more your loss. But there are wheels available at decent prices if you want to go that way. But by all means if you want your name down. I'll put you down. :) I'll make sure the championship is enjoyable as it is serious. :)

Add me Selnor, I'm as obsessed with this game as you are and am already competitively playing forza 3 with the demo. I've been trying to beat all my friends best lap times in the demo. Also trying get up there in the total rankings.

Idk where you will be informing us of all the rules, be it here or through live. I for one am going to be having issues with my computer for the coming weeks, don't feel like explaining. I can still view anything you post through my Iphone but i will only be able to message you through live.

May i make a suggestion? Can we make different classes, to equilibrate between those who play with all assists and those with no assists and manual drive? Kinda like the GT1 and GT2 classes of LeMans. Just a thought ;)

I would join, but I'm not that good, and work every other Sunday, though I could still play if it was at certain times, if you don't mind having someone who's not very good that is.
