This is probably a small sample size (for the collector that wants everything), and its probably not a good indication of how good the game itself is going to sell.

That being said, the game will do fine, the bigger question is how many PS3s it is going to move.

I think SE is the only company that could actually pull off such a stunt. :p if it were me though, i'd just make a ship load of consoles and satisfy the public as well as line my wallet.

About how many systems this game is going too move. FF series have 2 million loyal followers in Japan (look at the OP weeks and second weeks), so we can expect the game to have move already many consoles, since people are buying consoles for this game since 2006 we just can't have accurate numbers.
