Why don't they bundle exclusive titles? Multiplatforms are just weired? Where is the motivation to buy the console?

I hope you're not claiming that Sony is the only one that bundles multiplatform games with their systems.

What does that have to do with anything?

I just don't understand why they bundle games such as NFS:Shift, which are very good, but can be played on 3 other platforms. I'd expect bundles with exclusive titles, so the people could see... "Ah! PS3 with that awesome game I've heard about? Shall I buy it?", instead of "Wow PS3, too bad I've already played that game on my PC, since it's been on torrents for a good month...". Catching my drift?

MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising

"hmmm, I want a ps3... OOh, it has a game for free... I don't like that game though... Oh, but wait, there's a game that I like in that bundle! GIMME!"

or

"hmm, that game is nice... I could get it for free with a PS3... hmmm, it does have a few games I want to play ... maybe I should buy it ..."

Plenty of other options available (especially those needed to convince parents "but but... it has a game for free... I'll play it for the entire next year and I won't bug you again for an entire year, please daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad" (which works for two weeks >_>))

i like tekken.

i want a PS3.

this could work to my advantage..

This one will probably be in Japan, until the FFXIII bundle comes out, then we have Uncharted 2 bundle in NA, and Need for Speed Shift bundle and FIFA 2010 bundle in PAL, seems about right

I hope they produce plenty of FFXIII bundles for Japan; that's going to move hardware.  They publicized some pretty low number for the bundle before, and it's quite expensive.  Oh well, everyone else can buy XIII for their PS3 or get a standalone PS3 along with the game.

Tekken PS3 is well ahead in pre-orders; this should definitely help widen the gap in the final tally.

Yeah, guess you are right, I should've looked at it from more angles. Guess my perspective of the world have changed since the time when I was dependant on others. And it's been a few years.

THIS.  This bundle fails..stop bundling multiplats.  Or, if you are, at least bundle a good one like MS is doing with COD:MW2.  Tekken isn't that popular, and definitely won't convince many to put up $400 for it.

Awesome, the more high-profile game bundles the better. Should offer more incentive to pick up a PS3 for those who haven't transitioned into the current gen yet.

Um, Tekken is a popular franchise.

Tekken is huge the series has sold 30 million and the games sells about 5 million minimum. Its the biggest 3d fighting franchise cant wait ill definately buy this bundle if it comes out in europe
