Is this something new or have i just been under a rock the past few weeks?  I walked into Walmart and their DS lites were 99 bucks.

The DSi was still regular price but how much longer do you think it will maintain that prices with lites being so low?

Should we expect a price cut for that too sometime soon too?

Odds are it was a retail special, not uncommon. Dsi makes up a vast majority of Ds purchases, so retailers might have specials on the older model. DS is just way too successful to have a price cut right now.

That's interesting i didn't really think retailers did that with consoles because there's not much of a profit to begin with.

I wish the price of the DSi would drop. Then i'd be more tempted to buy one. I'm already tempted to buy one as it is.
