If you look into it far enough, you could say yes. You could say that I have a Donkey Kong avatar I must be aligned with Nintendo, but I have an avatar of Donkey Kong from the arcade so I say It does not align me with a certain console alignment. It depends on how you look at it.

Yes. SWAT Kats is awesome, just like Nintendo is awesome. Also, the old licensed SWAT Kats game was made for the SNES only, iirc (i wasn't playing games at the time, looked it up retroactively)
