I wouldn't put it past them to censor out negative comments. Interesting read though.
i now people love the wii--but not every one i think they might be editing a bit--but then again it not common for "hardcore" *laughs at em* gamers to grace MSN

I don't know why they would be editing. I've been to many threads on MSNBC and they don't edit the content so that everyone agrees with their newstory.
I think this is a good vibe of how the average consumer feels about the wii. These aren't the hardcore gamers obviously, but these are the people that comprise the majority of the american population (hardcore gamers are a small minority). I'm surprised that so many of them knew about wii fit, and intend on getting it. At first I doubted wii fit would hit high numbers like Nintendo seems to be thinking, but after reading this I think it's possible.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

Concur with The_vagabond7. We’ll see in the coming weeks if the popularity of the Wii console is the same as the opinions in the link suggest.
Why would MSNBC censor out negative comments about the Wii? Do you know what the MS in MSNBC stands for?
Wii Code 8761-5941-4718-0078
I bet Conan will have one on his show, doing silly yoga poses. I remember him playing Wii Sports with Serena some time ago.

Multiple Sclerosis?
Seriously though, because some people think that Microsoft and Nintendo are conspiring together to destroy Sony?
Which, I wouldn't take it that far, but the MS games going to DS still confuses me. They likely don't really consider Nintendo as much as a competitor as Nintendo doesn't seem to care about making a entertainment hub in the center of your living room. They just want to make videogames.
