Level 5 said the game is very vo heavy, so the localization took longer, plus all the DLC that was released on PSN in Japan is included on the disc as well. Other then that, i think they smoothed out the server for online as well as framerate. The graphics are not the best, but this is a jrpg and looks good for it. Not every rpg can look like FF.
