Well, if Natal makes a big impact, it's going to do so despite MS's tradition of pricing peripherals pretty high, as well as not being bundled with the 360. Then, you are also assuming that it will beat out the PS3's motion control, which probably won't be hampered (by as many) disadvantages.

I think  in the same people would  see the advantages rather then the Wii controller 2 from ps3

for one, you know NATAL  will be bundled and the cost is going to be right, with the best producers in the world excited by natal,  Not the rip off from sony....

sony didn't make the tech better, they copied the idea..... it's like touch screens, they are all over, when alot would say it's more procise to use none touch screens.. people are excited about the future not he past...

 don't worry you can buy one too, not to late to get the family involved with the real future tech, rather then a different wii controller there not used too.

If you say so, imho, it will be a dull blip, like how HAlo: ODST has done for MS. yeah, we've seen a small amount of increased HW sales, some good SW sales because a fresh new game with some star power that has just came out. But it won't be a big deal in the scheme of things, just another game.

Individual games, are not strategic advantages at all.

Sorry but i think this thread is probably going to last forever. If Microsoft actually give up this lead then they all deserve to be sacked for being so freakin stupid.

It's not that MS is dumb at all as they've done some great things. I just think that they are overeaching by a lot. For example, with Natal, MS thinks that they will caputure the motion detection genre, casual games. They will end up with a product that people dont really see the need for much less the interest after the initual push that MS is giving to developers to make games for their new whizbang toy. It's just not going to work. Now, MS is left with something that will end up being not a success nor failure, but just another peripheral....with not a lot of games to show for after the initial push is over, because in order for developers to want to make games for the natal project, people will have to buy the Natal peripheral like crazy and.....keep buying it.

jees super cat... Everyone said the same about the wii... why then has every single morning show in america rocked out on Natal, not sony, ms, no fun in another bunk controller..

it will be a inclusion in every xbox after launch, on top of that 3/4 of all 360 owners will buy the add on..
