Can a game be too pretty....hmmmmm, that's a interesting question, but i don't see how it can be, unless it's too vibrant and take away from the gameplay because of too much color. (If THAT even makes sense...)

Next gen when Nintendo has a console as powerful as the Ps3, while everyone else is using more advanced hardware, they will look at a Nintendo game and be "LOL Uncharted 3 looks better in some areas than that game haha, last gen!"

ive seen a few games that where too pretty. for awhile it seemed the better you made things in games look the more artificial they seemed. i think weve gotten past that. not sure though.
