Actually, all the hype (praise in reviews) is about the SINGLE PLAYER mode of the game!

How in the world did you conclude about the single player experience, from the online multiplayer one of the demo??

I am glad that you liked it, but the initial expectations and especially conclusions are ... questionable.

Thats why I'm not watching any gameplay vids.

You haven't played Uncharted 2.  You've played a demo. How can you tell that it's not the game of the gen from playing the MP demo? Sure, it's a fun side feature, but it's not the actual game. Read all the reviews, what is getting it 10/10 and 9.5/10 from major sites is the SP campaign, the MP is just a fun little diversion from it.

Keep in mind you based this on a demo of multiplayer. Most reviewers are excited about the singleplayer, usually saying something along he lines of "the multiplayer is good as well".

Exactly.

a multiplayer demo (which tends to have lower graphics for gameplay fluidity) isn't a good way to judge an entire game..

thats why i don't read previews any more on games im interested in...i get TOO hyped up and im disappointed in the end...so now ill read a lil here and a lil there but not like i used to be...but uncharted single player is gonna be sick

the is gorgeous everything just looks silky smooth and knowing this is just a demo makes me really excited for the full game plus im just in love with the music
